Summary
- Create a custom app at dev.shopify.com with scopes:
read_content, write_content (covers blogs and articles)
- Install the app on your store
- Copy Client ID and Client Secret (
shpss_…)
- Enter your store URL (
your-store.myshopify.com), credentials, and connect
- Select which Shopify blog new articles should publish to
Publishing Status
Important: Shopify can be connected and configured, but direct article publishing is not yet implemented. You can set up the connection and select a blog now; publish support is coming soon.
OAuth Install
Shopify can also be installed via /shopify/install when launching from the Shopify App Store flow.
Disconnect
Use Disconnect on the Shopify integration page to remove the connection.
