Automation
Configure automatic content generation and publishing in Settings → Automation at Automation Settings →.
Auto Generation
When enabled (default):
- ManscaleAI generates one article per day at 06:00 UTC
- It picks the first queued article with
scheduled_date = today
- Only runs if no auto-generated article was already created today
- Requires an active subscription or trial
When disabled:
- No daily automatic generation
- You trigger generation manually from the article editor
Auto Publishing
When enabled (default):
- After auto-generation completes, ManscaleAI immediately pushes the article to your connected integration
- Requires exactly one publishing integration to be connected and configured
When disabled:
- Articles are generated but stay at status
generated or scheduled
- You publish manually from the article editor
Integration Requirement
Auto publishing only works when a publishing integration is connected. If none is connected, you will see a notice with a link to Settings → Integrations.
Supported integrations for auto-publish:
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Wix
- Webhooks
- Framer (marks as published for sync — no direct CMS push)
Note: Shopify can be connected but direct publish is not yet implemented.
Recommended Setup
- Connect your CMS in Settings → Integrations
- Test the connection
- Enable both Auto Generation and Auto Publishing
- Monitor the dashboard calendar — articles should move to
published after 06:00 UTC
