Manscale GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

General information obligation pursuant to § 36 VSBG

Pursuant to § 36 para. 1 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), entrepreneurs who operate a website or use general terms and conditions are obliged to inform consumers in an easily accessible, clear, and understandable manner as to whether and to what extent they are willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This information obligation does not apply to entrepreneurs who employed ten or fewer persons on 31 December of the preceding year pursuant to § 36 para. 3 VSBG.

Online dispute resolution (ODR)

The European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 was discontinued on 20 July 2025, and the underlying regulation was repealed. A reference to the ODR platform therefore no longer applies.

Summary: We hereby fulfil our information obligation pursuant to § 36 VSBG and state that Manscale GmbH does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This statement is made voluntarily and as a precaution within the framework of statutory transparency requirements.
